What I began to find odd, is that the BBB did not have their company listed. Very strange for any company operating over 10 years and potentially raking in millions. I also could not find their company listed with the Securities Exchange Commission. And could not find an EIN. Nor could I find this business listed at the Indiana or Illinois Secretary of State.

Last but not least, I have started a new (second) petition to bring in new league options and have those leagues information easily accessible to patrons and current APA league members. If you don't want to run an honest league, these great people should have options made available to them. Anyone who has left Griffith Billiards because of APA league issues, I IMPLORE YOU to come back and try out the new Valley league. Ask at the front desk and someone working can provide you with the contact information for the Valley (VNEA) league operator. But please while you are here, sign this petition.

Thank all of you for your support. Our voices ARE being heard and others are learning that there are so many more of us who have had unfair treatment by Johnny and Gloria Maricich. It's a shame because that league has so much potential, but the people running it don't know how to do the right thing and treat people properly.
