In addition, we received an initial response from the EPA. 

Congressman Keating became aware of our petition and sent the EPA a letter on our behalf, the first page of which is attached to this update. (Follow this link to read the entire letter.)

In addition, Senator Fernandes stated in a recent story by Plymouth Independent:
“I have personally called on the state to halt the Pulte 40B project in North Plymouth" ... “We will continue to raise environmental and community concerns to the state and work with the community for the project to not move forward.”
