We, the concerned residents and youth of Kano State, are calling on the National Assembly, the Nigeria Police Force, and other relevant authorities to conduct a thorough, impartial and transparent investigation into allegations surrounding Hon. Baffa Babba Dan Agundi.

We are concerned by allegations of youth thuggery, political violence, and incitement, and by concerns that the ongoing Kano Emirate crisis is being exploited for political mobilisation.

Kano deserves peace. Political disagreement should never lead to violence, fear, or division among our communities.

According to the Youth Initiative for Advocacy, Growth & Advancement (YIAGA), regions affected by political violence suffer from increased unemployment and economic stagnation. Our youth deserve jobs and opportunities, not to be used as tools for violence.

*We are therefore asking for:*

1. A thorough and transparent investigation into these allegations
2. A public report of the findings
3. Action by the relevant authorities to protect peace and unity in Kano State

This petition is not about hatred. It is about accountability, justice, and a peaceful future for Kano.
