This is the 1st of future petitions that seeks the support of Philippine Citizens and other Foreigners to endorse this petition by adding their name to ask that Philippine Government Agencies Investigate the stalking, videoing, uploading of Filipinas in The Angeles City area by Foreigners to their YouTube Channels for profit. Many Filipinas who may be on their way to the market, school or home are being stalked by these Foreigner Sexual Predators then labeled as Bargirls on their YouTube Channels. Sexist comments are added as clickbait. Ages are unknown so some may be Minor Children.

Our 1st Petition features an American Vlogger who lives in Angeles City, Philippines. His YouTube Channel is named Philly in The Philippines. His Modus Operandi is upload 1 or 2 normal videos, then 1 or 2 videos of Filipinas casually walking in The Angeles City area. He videos their buttocks, then uploads the videos without their permission with sexist comments. Some videos mention Jergens, implying that viewers get Jergens Lotion as they watch the video. A reference to masturbate with Jergens to his videos. His other videos appear to promote Human Trafficking as he casually informs updates on Red Light District activities to his viewers.

The 2 photos above were clipped from Philly's videos. They are just 2 examples taken from his channel. One appears to be an underage student in her school uniform, obviously taken without her permission. The other photo is a photo of the buttocks of a Filipina, with a Jergens comment. Also, likely taken without her permission. 

We provided 5 links below to this petition so you may view these videos. Link #1 is from The YT channel The Raw Facts, exposing Philly in The Philippines videoing the buttocks of young Filipinas without their permission, uploading them and adding sexist comments. One girl is a young student in her school uniform. Links #2, #3, and #4 show Philly in The Philippines being exposed exploiting Filipinas on Expat Trash of The Philippines. Link #5 is to the actual YT Channel of Philly in The Philippines. We ask that you scan all his videos, there are hundreds. You will discover that most are videos with click bait sexist remarks of Filipinas in the Angeles City area.

Upon satisfying what we feel is an adequate number who endorse a call for an investigation, we will provide this petition to The Commissioner, Bureau of Immigration. Director NBI, Chief, PNP Headquarters PNP to ask for an investigation if elements of the following Philippine Laws were violated and request they act accordingly to implement the punishments if those elements were found to be violated.

- Republic Act No. 9208 Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003
- Republic Act No. 9262 An act defining Violence against women and children
- Republic Act No. 7610 An act providing for stronger deterrence and special prosecution against child abuse and exploitation.
- Republic Act No. 9995 An act defining and penalizing the crime of photo and video voyeurism
- Republic Act No. 4200 An act to prohibit and penalize wire tapping and other related violations of the privacy act of communication.
- Republic Act No. 10173 Data Privacy Act of 2012 Act applies to the processing of all types of personal information and to any natural and juridical person.
- Republic Act No. 10175, "Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012"
- Republic Act 9710 or the Magna Carta of Women
- Unjust Vexation Article 287 of the Revised Penal Code (RPC)

We ask everyone to disseminate this petition to The News Media, Government Officials, Politicians, OFWs, Barangay Intelligence Networks,  Schools, Religious Organizations, Influencers, Womens Organizations, BI/NBI Satellite Offices, PNP stations, Friends, Family, everyone.

This is our 1st petition. Others will follow asking for their investigation as well. Foreigners are guests in our country. We must advise the proper authorities when we see they are violating our laws. The same laws that we must follow,
