Investigate FBI Director Kash Patel for Using SWAT Teams to Protect Girlfriend

Investigate FBI Director Kash Patel for Using SWAT Teams to Protect Girlfriend
The Issue
The FBI’s SWAT teams are trained to respond to life-threatening emergencies—hostage rescues, high-risk raids, and acts of terror.
They are not supposed to be deployed to protect an FBI Director’s girlfriend at public events.
But according to multiple reports, FBI Director Kash Patel has repeatedly used SWAT resources to guard his partner, aspiring country singer Alexis Wilkins, at her performances and political events—without documented threats or formal protocols.
In one case, SWAT agents were dispatched to an NRA event where she was singing, then reprimanded by Patel when they left early due to lack of threat.
That’s not all. Patel has also reportedly:
- Used government aircraft for recreational travel, including golf trips and a visit to a private hunting ranch.
- Diverted agents from high-priority duties, including after a Trump ally’s killing, to protect Wilkins at partisan events.
- Pressured FBI officials to hide his flight data from the public and retaliated against staff who failed to do so.
If true, this represents a clear abuse of taxpayer resources, a breakdown in federal law enforcement ethics, and a dangerous precedent for misusing elite tactical units for personal protection.
We are calling on:
The House and Senate Judiciary Committees
The Department of Justice Inspector General
The U.S. Office of Special Counsel
To:
- Immediately launch a formal investigation into Director Patel’s use of SWAT teams and federal travel resources.
- Publicly release findings related to any inappropriate use of government assets.
- Recommend disciplinary action or removal if the allegations are substantiated.
Federal law enforcement must answer to the American people. SWAT teams are not private bodyguards for political figures or their partners.
Sign this petition to demand transparency, accountability, and a full investigation into Director Kash Patel’s conduct.
