I’m starting this petition, because Erik Menendez  friend Craig cignarelli had lied to the police, and law enforcement, he plagiarized that fake confession from the police,  and he incited people to hate on Erik and Lyle menendez and was profited from the lies, which incite the public to hate on the brothers and was a dangerous influence 

He was a fraud! He tricked the prosecutors, the detectives and the jury, and the police, 

 

 

 

Erik’s friend, Craig had lied to the police, telling to the police that lyle and Erik went to the family room, the mansion does not have a family room, he tricked the police, 

he lied to the detectives and tricking the detectives saying “Erik and I pulled to the driveway, we unlocked the front door, and walked In, My parents were in the family room,watching television, Lyle looked at me said “let’s do it”  we walked outside on the front, and got the guns,  we walked back inside, and Lyle was to shoot my dad, and I was supposed to shoot my mother,  we went to the into the room, and Lyle pointed the gun at my dad, and shoot him, he then went over and , shot him in the head, I was unable to shoot my mom,and she tried to get away, Lyle shot her too, After it looked like my mother was dead, I shot her twice in my gun, I ran out the back door, and jumped the fence, to the front, and approximately one hour later, we discovered them, we called the police, we did for the money, my father taught me everything, the only thing that he didn’t teach me was to how to live on my own,” Erik menendez would never talk or speak like that Craig said that to trick the police, the mansion does not have a driveway, family room, front doors, fence, back door, Erik Menendez would never say “, I was unable to shoot my mom,and she tried to get away, Lyle shot her too, After it looked like my mother was dead, I shot her twice in my gun“ he would never say “My parents were in the family room,watching television, Lyle looked at me said “let’s do it”  we walked outside on the front, and got the guns,  we walked back inside, and Lyle was to shoot my dad, and I was supposed to shoot my mother,  we went to the into the room, and Lyle pointed the gun at my dad, and shoot him, he then went over and , shot him in the head”, Craig tricked the police to be famous, Erik Would never tell anyone about why killed his parents, he always kept a secrets, to protect his family. Erik would never say "We discovered them and called the police"  Craig was a liar who tricked and fooled the prosecutors to be famous, he tricked the detectives by saying that he was scared to say anything,

he tricked the police by saying that Erik was in Cancun Mexico, and that the Mexican government won’t let him leave, and he also lied when he said  that erik was scared of Lyle if he found out of the crimes and that Lyle would kill Erik for the entire inheritance, to fool and trick the police,  he lied and tricked the prosecutors, Erik Menendez wasn’t at that mansion, on October 21-22, Erik wasn’t at the mansion, he was at the hotel room,, the only person who was at that mansion was their family and relatives, and again, Craig was trick the prosecutors and the police to be famous, 

 

Craig lied and tricked the police and detectives that Erik always thinking up about the perfect crimes, the perfect robbery, the perfect murder" Erik never had a history of committing any crimes, he would never think of a perfect crimes, Again tricking the detectives, 

 

Craig dragged Erik and Lyle into the whole burglary things, Erik Menendez hated that screenplay, Craig dragged Erik into the burglary! And Erik then dragged Lyle into the burglary, because he trusted Craig untill Erik knew Craig's true color,

 

the menendez brothers never had any criminal records, history of committing crimes, Craig was a pathological liar who tricked the detectives to get famous, 

Craig fabricated the whole Erik confession to get famous, 

Craig dragged Erik menendez into the burglary, and dragged the menendez brothers into the burglary, 

 

Craig completely tricked the detectives and prosecutors to get famous and secure top-dollar tabloid television paydays, 

Craig Cignarelli engaged in pure psychological projection. Craig was the attention-seeking high school bully obsessed with power, status, adrenaline rushes, and Hollywood thriller plots. He took his own manipulative, narcissistic desires and projected them onto Erik. 

There was no premeditation, the killings wasn’t a brutal, Craig lied and tricked the police and the detectives for fame and secure media payout, 

 

he tricked Pam Bozanich, David Conn, Carol Najera and the detectives and the jury? 

Craig had been influencing people to murder their parents and he wrote the screenplay about a rich man killing their parents for inheritance and he is influencing people to murder their parents,

”I remembered that I had the script about the boy that kills his parents to collect the insurance, and that was a very chilling realization to me,” Kearney told ABC News. “It was only once I was aware of the murder that it pieced together and that I knew that I had looked at enough of [the screenplay] to know that it was basically the same thing that occurred.”

Kearney first met Erik at a photo shoot in Beverly Hills and said Erik had expressed an interest in modeling. The two became friends, and Erik modeled for several shoots with Kearney.

“He would come over and spend some time. We would shoot pictures. He’d talk about his family. He would talk about his life and his aspirations,” Kearney said.

In retrospect, those pictures, to me, look very lonely and haunting... I saw where he was lonely or where he was different and not so happy and a little bit darker," Kearney said. Pure lies,

Cignarelli remarked on the screenplay's similarity to how the murders were carried out.

“The opening scene happened to coincide with what happened on the night of the murders,” Cignarelli said.

Photographer Philip Kearney, another friend of Erik's, said Erik had showed him the screenplay to get his opinion on it. Kearney said he initially didn’t look at it until later, after he learned Erik and Lyle had killed their parents.

“I don’t remember giving it back to [Erik], but we didn’t find it in the storage locker. And I always wondered exactly where it went or what happened to it,” Kearney said.

 

We eventually sat down at a chessboard, and he looked up from the chessboard. And as he had his fingers on the pieces, he said, ‘Do you want to know what happened?’ And I made a big mistake and said, ‘Yes,’” Cignarelli said. “I can remember him telling me where the blood and the skin landed, and being in the room, and literally being in the room where it happened.”

He added, “I was hoping at the end of the story he would have said, you know, ‘I'm full of it,’ you know? ‘Just joking.’ … That never happened.” Lies, lies, lies, lies,
