Timothy Cruz is again doubting the intelligence of the people. Fearing the loss of a very PUBLIC Federal Civil Rights trial that could cost them $1.5 Million dollars and undoubtedly EXPOSE more truths of the Judicial Corruption, Racism, and Selective Prosecution that they have engaged in, District Attorney Timothy Cruz and his First Assistant Frank Middleton have decided to Tap-out and have just asked a judge to allow them sit down with John Bradley for a closed door mediation. Our recommendation to Bradley: Turn them DOWN!! You are going to WIN the lawsuit anyway. Let this play out on television for the American public. You will be saving the lives of Americans that have and will be persecuted by the Plymouth County court system at the hands of Cruz and his Crew.. and of course you will still get your money. You will be a HERO. Don’t let Cruz and Middleton offer you a nickel on the dollar.. wait for your Millions. Just last year a magistrate judge said that an attempt at mediation would be “unlikely to be productive” Why?, because that’s when Cruz FELT like he was holding all the cards. That’s when Cruz THOUGHT he could bury the truth and that his manipulation of the court systems would work as it usually does. It’s a NEW DAY. Timothy Cruz has been exposed to everyone as a ________ and a ________ (you fill in the blanks), and he won’t get away with it. Not this time. Also, what many people may have missed ( because most media buries the truth ) is the fact that Timothy Cruz and Frank Middleton ADMITTED to not telling perjury defendant Dr. Frank Evangelista’s lawyers about the fact that a Memo was written from Middleton to Cruz that described their key witness as having a “reputation for being a LIAR” and had “willingness to FABRICATE events”. Nope, they just used her to testify anyway. Is it fair to say that you have a history of "selectively" choosing evidence and witnesses that would aid in securing a guilty verdict regardless of their credibility.. Mr. Cruz? Please answer this question for the Public. Don’t stop applying the PRESSURE. The ball is rolling and more and more will come out! Mr. Cruz, you must resign now.
