A whistleblower has released shocking video footage of young slaughterhouse workers shooting, stabbing, beating, and even urinating on cows at Georgia’s Best Processing near Fort Valley, Georgia. Some of the videos were edited to mock the animals’ suffering, with music, emojis, and graphic overlays. One appears to show a high school student participating in the abuse.

This is not just disturbing. It’s criminal.

We are calling on the Peach County Sheriff’s Office, the Georgia Department of Agriculture, and the District Attorney’s Office to immediately investigate this facility and bring appropriate charges against anyone involved. If the abuse is confirmed, Georgia’s Best Processing should be shut down.

The abuse captured on video includes:

• A cow being shot and stabbed in the neck
• A young worker urinating on a cow’s face
• Cows being beaten with pipes
• Mockery and celebration of the violence through social media sharing

Animals in slaughterhouses already face painful deaths. This level of cruelty, humiliation, and disregard goes far beyond the law and decency. If minors were involved, this also raises serious questions about child safety, workplace supervision, and school district responsibility.

The FBI tracks animal cruelty because it is often a warning sign of broader violence. Allowing this kind of behavior to go unchecked is dangerous, not just for animals but for the community as a whole.

Authorities must take swift, transparent action. That includes interviewing staff, reviewing all footage, suspending operations during the investigation, and prosecuting offenders. The public has a right to know what happens behind closed doors when animals suffer like this.
