Since the NYPD is taking this matter seriously, seeing charges filed against multiple people that left Frankie is a great start for getting Frankie justice.
Criminal charges were handed down to two out of the three people that abandoned Frankie on the Queensboro Bridge. Two out of the three individuals involved have been charged with minor offenses and are not being prosecuted to the extent that they should be.
Juvenile 1: Criminal Trespass, Reckless Endangerment
Juvenile 2: Criminal Trespass
Juvenile 3: Under investigation.
All of the people that left Frankie to die should be charged to the fullest extent of the law and as of right now, they aren’t. All of those that left Frankie have trespassed in the third degree, and committed reckless endangerment in the first degree. There is video circulating online from the incident that shows all of them at the scene.
The juvenile that stole Frankie’s (victims phone) has not been charged with additional crimes (Tampering, Larceny) as of yet. Two others have not been charged with related offenses including reckless endangerment in the first degree.
