I, Irena M Tran (daughter of Dr. Hieu Tran in TX and a Doctor of Physical Therapy, acting on behalf of the Vietnamese American diaspora, formally accuse Ms. Christina Nguyen (also known as Nguyen Phuong Hang, born on Jan 26,1971, citizen of Cyprus), along with her husband Dung uy Huynh, of the following alleged offenses: 1/ Money Laundering for the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Mrs. Christina Nguyen is accused of facilitating or engaging in financial transactions intended to launder funds on behalf of the Vietnamese communist regime. 2/ Money Laundering for a Known Criminal Five Cam: Ms. Nguyen is further accused of laundering money for an individual known as “Five Cam,” a figure associated with criminal activities. 3/ Defamation and Harassment of Vietnamese American Refugees: Ms. Nguyen is alleged to have used social media platforms to publicly insult and defame members of the Vietnamese American refugee community, thereby disturbing the peace and dignity of said community. 4/ Provocation and Disruption through Symbolic Communist Attire: By wearing clothing depicting the flag of the former Vietnamese communist regime, Ms. Nguyen is accused of deliberately provoking emotional distress and disrupting the public order among Vietnamese Americans—actions that demonstrate a disregard for U.S. social norms and legal principles of public peace. 5/ Money Laundering by Her Husband, Mr. Dũng: Mr. Dũng, the spouse of Ms. Nguyen, is similarly accused of laundering money for two prominent figures of the Vietnamese Communist Party: Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet and Mr. Nguyen Tan Dung. 6/ Misrepresentation and Fraudulent Visa Application: Ms. Christina  Nguyen  is accused of providing false information and misrepresenting her personal background when applying for a U.S. visa. Her actions constitute intentional deception in her visa application and personal records.  We urge the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and immigration authorities to reconsider the decision to grant him a visa. We also call upon the overseas Vietnamese community to peacefully demonstrate against the presence of Communist Party members on American soil. We would like you to initiate an investigation into Ms. Christina and her husband Dung, and deport them from the United States.
