THE GOD ORDER IS GOD ORDAINED A BLACK MAN PROFESSOR GABRIEL AUDU OYIBO WITH THE ULTIMATE INTELLIGENCE OF ETA SUB INFINITY WHERE ETA SUB N, FIRST REVEALED BY GOD TO PROFESSOR GABRIEL AUDU OYIBO IS THE EXACT FORMULA FOR INTELLIGENCE  AND WHERE "N" MEASURES THE INDEX OR QUOTIENT (IQ) OF INTELLIGENCE, GOD HAS DESIGNED THAT "N" TO BE INFINITY FOR PROFESSOR GABRIEL AUDU OYIBO, THEREFORE PROFESSOR GABRIEL AUDU OYIBO IS BLESSED WITH THE ULTIMATE INTELLIGENCE OF ETA SUB INFINITY INFALLIBLY AND SINCE GOD BLESSED BLACK PEOPLE TO SHARE PROFESSOR GABRIEL AUDU OYIBO'S GENES, BLACK PEOPLE ARE THE MOST INTELLIGENT, RICHEST AND UNDEFEATABLE RACE AND THEREFORE THE CHOSEN RACE INFALLIBLY.

The GAGUT Nigerian Senate Motion No. 151 with the principal co author who is a world renowned  Mathematics Legend Mathematics Professor/Senator Iya Abubakar with a Ph. D in Mathematics from Cambridge University in England (see the list of authors on the first page of the GAGUT Nigerian Senate Motion No. 151 enclosed)  is the declaration of the GOD ORDER  by stating that GAGUT, which GOD revealed to Professor Gabriel Audu Oyibo, in 1990, is "...capable of solving all mathematical problems." as well as providing "...solutions to all unsolved human problems." ( GAGUT Nigerian Senate Motion No. 151, second page, within the first 8 paragraphs) which can only be possible if Professor Gabriel Audu Oyibo, was blessed by GOD with the ultimate intelligence of Eta Sub Infinity.

This is the GAGUT New Constitution for the Black Race and by extension to all  Humanity (who already have recognized and accepted the GOD ORDER presented above). As a  consequence of the GOD ORDER, the Black Race through the GAGUT Nigerian Senate Motion No. 151 has awarded the GAGUT African International Prize as the ultimate academic prize to Professor Gabriel Audu Oyibo, which the GAGUT Nigerian Senate Motion No. 151 stated on the third page "Be It Resolved" (ii) "...African International Prize for Science and Technology with the prize money higher than that of the Nobel Prize"  and furthermore the GAGUT Progressive Baptist Convention Resolution unanimously agreed with the GOD ORDER by requesting all Black churches  as well as all Black mosques/religious and other organizations to take collections for funding the GAGUT African International Prize and the GAGUT OFAPPIT Institute of Technology Industrial Park right away.
