A Mental Fitness Tip for the Holidays:
Finally, here is a small "trick" that I hope will help boost your mental fitness this holiday season. When you feel your mind wandering to the "to-do" list or past stresses, simply repeat this phrase to yourself:
"I’m here, not there, so let’s see what’s here."
Personally, I find this incredibly useful for getting out of my thoughts and back into the present moment. It allows me to experience the "now" with much more clarity and ease.
