This one meanwhile is about something else that should be introduced in that same expansion. More details about this new form will be known of once officially revealed when The Teal Mask arrives next week, but I guess it's to do with intergrating evolutions of Pokemon introduced in Legends Arceus into the modern day. These DLC Expansions should also have a way to let the other Evolutions in Legends Arceus be featured in the modern day as well, things are pretty much already covered with Sneasler and Basculin, but evolving the Hisui Form of Qwilfish into Overqwil should start working like how Primeape evolves into Annihilape, and the Black Augurite should start being featured in the modern day in some way so that Scyther can evolve into Kleavor.
