The increasing presence of stray dogs on roads poses a significant risk to both humans and animals alike. Numerous accidents have been reported due to dogs aimlessly wandering into the roads, causing drivers to swerve suddenly or stop abruptly. These incidents create dangerous situations not just for the drivers but also for the pedestrians and the dogs themselves, who frequently end up injured or even killed.

For some issues, Dogs Spread used Diapers on the road, some have no manners where they leave their waste on the road which results to a Dirtier environment for the community.

To address this urgent issue, we propose the implementation of safety measures for stray dogs on roads. Our solution consists of several actionable steps:

IMPLEMENTING ORDERS FOR THE WHOLE BARANGAY, MOST ESPECIALLY NEAR THE ROADS. Stray dogs are to be captured and referred to the Barangay Hall, Dogs are to be leashed, The Order consists of 3 Warnings:

•First Offense

- Warning note is to be Sent to the Owner.

•Second Offense

- The Dog is captured and referred to the Barangay Hall, but, the owner can claim it by writing a letter.

•Third Offense

- The Owner is penalized with the amount of 500 Pesos.

Additionally, used diapers are to be disposed of properly to avoid dogs stealing it and devouring just the waste and spreading the wrapper.
