Many workplaces, and particularly kitchens in the UK do not have air conditioning. When the temperature is 30 degrees outside a kitchen can reach about 55 degrees with all the necessary equipment on, which is inhumane for people to work in. Let’s change this!

The aim of this petition is to put a law in place that ensures if the temperature in a kitchen or place without air conditioning reaches 27 degrees we are lawfully allowed to close.
