I do not want to shock you showing the most horrendous videos of animal torture appearing on the internet. Instead, I have chosen a photo of a cute puppy. 

The global community is OUTRAGED at the frequency and severity of animals being brutally tortured, maimed, and killed throughout the
world. In particular, we want to bring to justice those who film themselves torturing the animals and posting them in videos.

We hereby implore Interpol to take a more active role in pursuing apprehension, prosecution, and conviction of those committing these heinous atrocities. Even the FBI in the United States now officially recognizes these abominable acts of cruelty as crimes against society and commands serious attention and meaningful action to stop it!
