To everyone who has signed this petition, I want to thank you all for your support on this on-going and very prevalent issue. I honestly didn't think this petition would reach over thousand supporters within 24 hours of it being published, but now that it has, we have a real chance of saving the Proposed MER in Hambantota. Let's keep this level of support going and show the Government of Sri Lanka that they cannot continue to destroy ancient Sri Lankan Elephant habitat, without facing backlash from those of us who care about both wildlife and forestry conservation in Sri Lanka and across the planet.
