International stages are not a place for perpetrators of genocide and violators of human rights

The Islamic Republic have committed unimaginable and unforgivable crimes even before its inception. These crimes have continued under the shadow of appeasement policies of the western countries. The families of the victims are now seeking justice.

Ibrahim Raissi was a senior member of the so-called panel-of-death in the summer of 1988 when thousands were sent to their death within a year.

Furthermore Ibrahim Raissi was accessory in the death of 1500 people in the brutal clampdown of the unforgettable November 2019 as well as the man responsible to issue orders to seize and imprison more than ten thousand people.

It is important to note that Ibrahim Raissi’s name appeared in the list of 80 Iranian officials under the EU sanction. Additionally the United States Department of Treasury imposed sanctions on nine close associates and relatives of Ali Khamenei on November 4th 2019 amongst them Ibrahim Raissi.

We the undersigned of this petition call upon the officials and organisers of internationally held assemblies to employ all legal provisions at their disposal to stop and prevent perpetrators of genocides and human rights violators to abuse such international gatherings. At the same time we call on them to observe and respect the dignity of and covenant of human rights declaration.

مجامع بین المللی جایگاه حضور ناقضان حقوق بشر و مرتکبین جنایت بر علیه بشریت نیستند

جمهوری اسلامی در ایران از پیش از پیدایش خود دست به جنایات باورنکردنی و غیرقابل بخشایش زده است. جنایاتی که در سایه مماشات کشورهای غربی و آمریکا ادامه یافته و خانواده‌های داغدار قربانیان در جستجوی عدالت هستند.

ابراهیم رییسی یکی از اعضای هیات مرگ در تابستان ۱۳۶۷ است که موجب مرگ چندین هزار تن در کمتر از یکسال در ایران شد.

افزون بر این ابراهیم رییسی در کشتار دستکم ۱۵۰۰ تن از معترضین آبان فراموش نشدنی ۱۳۹۸ دست داشته و فرمان دستگیری و زندانی شدن بیش از ده هزار تن را نیز صادر کرد.

لازم به یاد آوری است که در ماه مارس ۲۰۱۱ نام ابراهیم رییسی در فهرست ۸۰ مقام ایرانی تحریم شده توسط اتحادیه اروپا قرار گرفت. همچنین در ۱۳ آبان ۱۳۹۸، وزارت خزانه‌داری ایالت متحده آمریکا ۹ تن از افراد و «نزدیکان سیدعلی خامنه‌ای»، از جمله ابراهیم رئیسی را تحریم کرد.

ما امضا کنندگان این تومار از مقامات مسئول در مجامع بین المللی خواستاریم تا ضمن احترام به کرامت انسانی و منشور حقوق بشر، فرصت سواستفاده از مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل متحد را به ناقضان آشکار حقوق بشر و مرتکبین جنایات بر علیه بشریت نداده و با استفاده از سازوکارهای حقوقی و قانونی، مانع حضور آنان در مجامع عمومی سازمان ملل شوند.   

از یکایک وجدان‌های بیدار برای پشتیبانی از این تومار دعوت به عمل می‌آوریم.
