Olympic medals have been confiscated from doping cheats yet the people who will now receive those medals will have missed out on the awards ceremony to receive their medals.  The International Olympic Committee should organise a special ceremony at the next Olympics for these winners to receive their medals on the podium with the flag and national anthem of their country to celebrate their achievement.
