Why is ICC still continuing to schedule series in England? We request ICC not to schedule any series in England in future specially with the top 4 ranked countries.

It's nothing against England but the weather there is just obnoxious for test cricket. Since 2019, 14 out of the 16 test matches played in England have been rain interrupted with more than 50% of those matches having entire days washed out due to rain. Not suitable for test.
