This has been a trend throughout Asia. It happened way too many times in Philippines where people are recording animal abuse and posting it online. I would like to raise awareness that this is not okay. It is not okay to treat a helpless animal like this just to earn views or for entertainment even for money. This person needs to be punished for abusing this puppy. Burning this puppy's eye with a cigarette and breaking both of it's arms while the puppy is helpless. They even tied the puppy's mouth not giving this puppy a chance to defend him/herself. And who knows how many animal have gone through this and how many more will if we don't act now. Let's not allow this to happen again. Animals are just like us they get hurt, hungry and sad like us. But what they don't often have is voice, protection and rights like us. Let's stand for them. Let be our voice be theirs.
