Animal abuse needs to be dealt with accordingly among all age groups, especially young adults and teens. Once sociopathic/narcissistic behavior is proudly broadcasted on Instagram especially with no remorse, we all need to step in because these types of subhumans will continue their abuse. @_cammrawwazz_ who is a teenager at Plaquemine High School posted a video on Instagram where he threw 2 puppies in the streets and laughed with his friend as they cried in pain. He states he loves to abuse animals and juvenile hall isn’t going to cut it. He needs to be tried in court as an adult and spend time in prison. His parents also need to take responsibility and held liable as well. The school district also needs to get involved (Polly Higdon-President @ Iberville Parish School Board) needs to also step in and bring awareness to the community and set forth necessary punishment. Those puppies may have been adopted but they are forever scared. We want updates on how this is dealt with and the final judgement from the courts.
