Every year, in Yulin, China, thousands of dogs are slaughtered as part of the Yulin Dog Meat Festival. Before being killed, these animals are often subjected to terrible conditions, including starvation, torture, and disease. Many of the slaughtered animals are domestic pets stolen of the street.

The Festival has caused growing international outrage, with millions around the world speaking out in protest. This Movement is made up of petitions started by Change.org users urging China to permanently end the Yulin Dog Meat Festival.
