As he left, a churchgoer screamed "I saw you coming out of a Target bathroom, you transgender piece of shit!" and then called the subject (a cisgender male of Middle Eastern heritage) "Aunt Jemima-looking." Aryan Ryan attempted to pick a fight, didn't like hearing we were not there to hurt anyone, made several direct threats, asked us to follow him to his truck (I guess to fight?), which we did -- but it turns out he wasn't driving a truck (he drives a van) -- and then he pointed to the security cameras before he drove away. It was weird. Both incidents were weird. And a lot like dealing with high school bullies who are not in the college track but also not enrolled in vocational arts. Verity Baptist Church is imploding right before our very eyes.
