First, THANK YOU FOR SIGNING! Second, the peaceful rally/protest today outside Verity Baptist Church was amazing -- the organizers did a wonderful job communicating with the media and the police -- both of which groups showed up IN FORCE -- I'm guessing at least 200 protesters and 20 cops -- compared to approximately 20 Verity Baptist Church members. Jimenez came in the back door -- which is ironic (HEY-O!) -- and then slithered out and left his congregation to fend for themselves. I was told there will be another protest this Sunday. Verity begins their service at 10 AM with coffee and donuts -- BECAUSE DONUTS ARE HOLY! -- I've used that joke THREE TIMES today -- AND I APOLOGIZE -- so please get there early if you are planning to attend -- the organizers suggested 9 AM, so I will be there at 9 AM... and this time, I'm bringing the bullhorn... and, although it's not exactly "green" -- it was suggested we all drive separate cars to take up every available parking spot. Lives are theoretically if not actually at stake here, people... we can all save a tree on Monday. Third, Verity lost their PayPal account. I was going to start that campaign tomorrow, but some hearty folks beat me to it... which is awesome! Well done, whomever you are! Fourth, the next short-term objective is loss of their lease -- which I'm working on with their landlord, PS Property Management, Sacramento... as in Parker Stevenson... as in The Hardy Boys... and I'm guessing Parker Stevenson doesn't want to rent to a hatemongering bigot who calls for the murder of "sodomites" while also violating state and federal discrimination laws... so, yeah... let's all work on that, eh? And then the only church building Verity Baptist Church will have access to will be Roger O. Jimenez's personal residence... and his neighbors will hate to see 100 or so cars blocking their residential street every Wednesday night and Sunday morning. So, that's the update... thanks for everything you have done and are doing to show Verity Baptist Church the meaning of Truth. You people are a force. Sean
