There exists an assignation plot against Scott Huminski in retaliation for his political speech and lifetime perpetual police arrest threats targeting his political speech (see his above music video).  In essence the refusal of the U.S. courts to enjoin the assignation plot/death threats amounts to the death penalty.

One of the several death threats received in the U.S. Mail states as follows:

"Hello Scott,

It’s almost time for you to die.

Did you think that I would let you get away with your bullshit and your lawsuits? … Enjoy your last few days on earth.

I’ll be there real soon. Officer Pillar”

The U.S. federal courts refused to enjoin the death threats or lifetime police arrest threats.  

International intervention is required.
