We, the users of Intel hardware, petition Intel to release the Intel FSP code under a free software license.

Open-source has become widely known to improve transparency and  security. With anyone being able to audit and recommend changes Intel may not need to spend as much resources maintaining FSP and can focus more on future technologies.

  We request that Intel either release the source code under a free software license and/or that Intel release enable users to change Intel FSP's code.
