Petition Photo Serbia - Unknown Assailant - Recently This Photograph Surfaced On The Internet. It is a photo of a female stray in the town of Loznica This female stray was sexually tortured before being killed. The people who found it, found that she was pinned to a long wooden stick through her vagina!!! The Deviant Person That Committed This Heinous Crime Needs To Be Found And Punished For His Sadistic Acts!!! BEFORE He Graduates To Humans!!! More Specifically, Women and Children!!!
