My name is Kayla Grover. On July 18, 2025, my 15-year-old brother Kollin Grover was riding his dirt bike down Mullen Rd. In Cassopolis, Michigan, near our house. My brother has always been overly cautious of the intersection of Mullen Rd. and Hospital St. Considering people often speed on that road. He always took his helmet off to listen for cars and then secures it back on due to the fact that the crest of a hill is directly to the west on Hospital St. On this day, my brother was t-boned by a truck. Since the road is only currently a 2-way stop, people often speed down Hospital St.  I have been told of several accidents that have occurred at this intersection due to the lack of visibility because of the crest of the hill being too high. Because of the amount of hardship for my family and others I am petitioning to put in lighted stop signs to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Please don't send money.
