I'm Riley, and I'm 9 years old and I live in Longmont, Colorado. When I walk around my town I see trash lying around on the ground - and mostly at bus stops. I think this is because there are not enough trash cans around town. I walk to school every day and there's not a single trash bin between my house and my school - but there are several bus stops. 

So I was hoping that we could put recycling and trash bins at every bus stop, so that people will put their trash in the trash bin instead of on the ground. I hope to make my city better!
