Growing up in Florence, AL, I have personally witnessed the dire consequences of inadequate traffic control at the intersection of Pine Street and North Wood Avenue in the 7 Points area. Yet, it remains inadequately controlled with only a single left turn signal traffic light for the eastbound direction, failing to address the danger adequately.
