As a resident and frequent traveler through the challenging intersection of Highway 134 and County Road 13 in Headland, Alabama, I am concerned about the number of accidents that I have witnessed at this site. Many of these accidents could have been entirely avoidable with proper public safety devices. Our community desperately needs implementation of such devices to alert drivers that an intersection lies ahead. 

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that more than half of all accidents occur at or near intersections (Source: NHTSA). By addressing the safety issues at this intersection, we could significantly decrease the risk of accidents in our community and potentially save lives.

We call on the local government and traffic authorities of Headland, AL to take immediate action. Install essential public safety devices at the intersection of Highway 134 and County Road 13. By doing so, we can make our roads safer for everyone and prevent unnecessary accidents. Please, sign this petition and help push for the change we need.
