Unfortunately, the reality of today's world has made it clear that additional safety measures are urgently needed to protect our students and staff.

We are respectfully requesting that the school district provide a consistent police presence at Natha Howell Elementary. The presence of law enforcement officers on campus would not only serve as a powerful deterrent against potential threats, but also ensure immediate response in the event of an emergency. Their role would go beyond security - officers can help build trust with students, serve as positive role models, and work hand in hand with staff and families to maintain a safe learning environment.
