Dear Neighbors,

As concerned residents of this community, we submitted yesterday a request to the local police department for a 30-day watch order to help address ongoing safety concerns. Despite this request, last night we witnessed an increase in suspicious activity rather than the heightened security we were hoping for.

If you heard or saw anything unusual in the early hours of August 17th, please let us know. Any information could be helpful and may support efforts to protect our community.

The rising number of recent incidents is deeply troubling. There is growing concern that without swift intervention, the situation could escalate into something more dangerous and potentially violent.

We all contribute to this community — through rent, community fees, parking fees, and taxes — and we have the right to feel safe where we live.

We strongly encourage everyone to also contact the police department to reinforce the urgency of our request for the watch order. Your voice matters.

Additionally, we need help collecting 100 signatures in this petition to formally request a meeting with The Morgan Group, our property management company. Your support is critical.
