My dog Olaf was bitten at Spring Canyon Park on December 19th, 2024 and he’s not the only dog this has happened to at these dog parks. There is a rule board at most dog parks that states “no aggressive dogs” but there is no monitoring to enforce it. I made this petition so that the city will install cameras at these dog parks so if incidents like these happen there will be evidence. These cameras should be accessible by animal control. By installing these cameras it will help prevent attacks by discouraging owners with aggressive dogs from going to these parks; therefore protecting all of the good dogs that just want to play.
