For more than three years now, 4th Avenue Jr. High has been holding its basketball games, volleyball games, as well as pep rallies and school assemblies without any functional bleachers for students and/or spectators. This issue leaves students, parents, and community members without a proper place to sit and support their teams. Attending games and school and community functions should be an enjoyable experience for everyone, yet the current lack of seating discourages many from participating in these significant events.

The absence of bleachers has not only affected the comfort of the attendees but has also diminished the vibrancy and spirit of these gatherings. The school gym serves as a hub for community interaction and student expression. Yet, without adequate seating, the entire experience is dampened, affecting both players, students, and spectators alike.

Basketball games, volleyball games, pep rallies, and school assemblies are a significant part of the students' lives, where memories are made, team spirit is built, and lifelong friendships are formed.
