We, the students of TECHNO MAIN SALT LAKE, are raising a critical grievance regarding the lack of Air Conditioning (AC) in our classrooms and the overall poor state of the college infrastructure.

During the peak summer months, the heat inside the classrooms becomes unbearable. The stifling temperatures make it physically exhausting and incredibly difficult for students to commute to college and sit through consecutive lectures. This extreme heat not only jeopardizes our health but completely destroys our ability to concentrate and learn.

Despite these harsh conditions, the faculty and administration continue to strictly enforce attendance policies. When students bring forward genuine complaints about the suffocating heat, we are dismissively told to "keep ourselves hydrated." While hydration is necessary, drinking water does not fix an unventilated, overheated room, nor does it excuse the lack of basic amenities.

Furthermore, the current state of our college infrastructure is deeply disappointing and falls well below acceptable standards; in fact, it is worse than the infrastructure of an average state government college. As students, we expect a basic, comfortable environment that is conducive to education.

Our Demands:

1. Immediate Infrastructure Upgrades: Installation of functional Air Conditioning units in all classrooms to ensure a safe and comfortable learning environment.
2. Humane Attendance Policies: A temporary relaxation of strict attendance mandates during extreme summer heatwaves until the classrooms are properly equipped with ACs.
3.  Acknowledgment of Concerns: We request the administration stop dismissing genuine health and comfort concerns with inadequate advice like "stay hydrated," and instead take actionable steps to improve the college's infrastructure.
4. We urge the management to take immediate action on this matter, as a supportive physical environment is a fundamental requirement for academic success.
