Unfortunately, this junction has become notorious for speeding vehicles, endangering residents and their properties. According to local police reports and neighborhood accounts, this area sees frequent accidents due to speeding, making it a high-risk zone.

We have a realistic and immediate solution: install a traffic light at the intersection of South 10th and Ferry Street. This action will not only serve to regulate traffic speed but will also ensure safer pedestrian crossings for everyone, especially children and elderly residents. A traffic light can drastically reduce the number of accidents, calm the speed of vehicles, and restore a sense of safety to our neighborhood.
