On August 7th, 2025 Logan Ball was only 19 when a lady pulled out in front of him at the intersection on Old Beatty Ford and Rockwell road resulting in his fatality. Logan was on his way to pick up his fiancé to go to our moms birthday dinner when the accident occurred and he never made it. I was only 5 days postpartum when my mom showed up on my doorstep to tell me my brother was gone. This has been insanely difficult to deal with and has left so many with a piece of them missing. 

A day that was meant to be happy and a celebration for our mom has now turned into a day she will forever have to grieve the loss of her son who was taken far too soon.  My daughter will never get to grow up knowing her Uncle personally as he was taken when she was only 5 days old. I will have to go on the rest of my life without my little brother by my side and his fiancé will hold grief for the rest of her life as she was soon to be starting a life with him. 

Our goal is to have a stop light or at minimum a 4 way stop placed at the intersection on Old Beatty Ford and Rockwell road to prevent any other families from having to experience such grief as there were multiple crashes at this intersection resulting in both injuries and fatalities. This has not only left our family shattered but has also left residents and neighbors in the area traumatized as they have had to live with multiple crashes happening so close by with one even being a young girl who tragically passed in someone's front yard.
