We, the undersigned, are members and visitors of Grandview Heights Aquatic Centre in South Surrey, BC. We strongly believe that adding a cold plunge would significantly enhance the facility’s wellness offerings by complementing the existing sauna and steam room.

Cold plunges offer numerous health benefits, including:
