People can post videos and pictures of them abusing animals their animals on instagram and get away with it.  If you try and report it it comes up that it doesn’t violate instagram guidelines, these accounts promote animal abuse and need to be reported/deleted but instagram does not give us that option. Instagram needs an option to report animal abuse/neglect or people get away with it and it encourages others to do the same.
