Instagram has BANNED the use of #EDM and we want it back!

Electronic Dance Music is more than just a genre of music. It is a community, a culture, and a lifestyle. Many ravers and festival goers use Instagram to connect to with this community and meet new, creative people who think alike. We are a community that places love and acceptance above all else. Our Motto is Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect. 

By banning the use of #EDM you have fragmented our community. What was once whole is now divided into sub-categories and cliques. #EDM is what brought us together and without it we face the struggle to invent new ways to reunite with our community and EDM family. 

We want to be a community just like every other genre of music. This where we ask you, Instagram, Kevin Systorm, and Mike Krieger please give us back #EDM. We love this community and we love Instagram! Please allow us to continue to use the site and to connect with our community.
