Hello, I go on this website as anonymous, but I take full responsibility when being @julious._.caesar’s good friend. On instagram, names are what makes a person a person. Even if you believe names on an app are pointless, then you shouldn’t think much of a name change. A name change on instagram is allowed, but only if the name is not taken. What I achieve to do (with @julious._.caesar’s consent) is give him a name change one week before his birthday (if not one week, then one month). Doing this would look better for him, as the name was recently robbed from him anyways by the new @julious.caesar. It’s very important that you sign this, because it does NOT take that much time at all, and would be helping julious and his friends very much.
