Moms all over the Dayton area are seeking fellowship and friendship… Moms with school-age kids managing the daily schedules, lunches, and homework; Moms with toddlers surviving on caffeine and cuddles and little time to themselves; And homeschool moms teaching their kids from breakfast to bedtime. All types of moms deserve to fill their own cups so they can have the energy to pour into their families. 

Mom to Mom is a ministry at Fairhaven Church that provides the time, place, and childcare to moms weekly so they can do just that. Because all moms deserve the chance to refresh and recharge, regardless of life circumstances, Mom to Mom is in need of a program for school-age kids who are homeschooled. 

Homeschooling has exploded since the COVID Pandemic, increasing by 30% in just the last 3 years, according to an article published by PBS in February 2023. There is a definitive need for this within the Mom to Mom ministry, and if we do not act soon on implementing a program, many homeschool moms will lose the chance to enjoy the fellowship, friendship, and FUN that Mom to Mom provides.
