Why has the Ministry responsible for the Ontario Building Code failed to add these requirements to the Building Code? Why is this same Ministry still stalling on this call for an Inquiry? What IS Minister Mauro doing? Why is Minister Lalonde mum on this subject? - MPP Singh has called on her ministry to get involved given that she is responsible for consumer protection. Who is protecting Ontario's purchasers of newly built homes? What is REALLY going on with these HVAC systems? Dara Bowser is not going away and neither is CPBH. The longer the Ontario Government stalls, the deeper this gets. Ontario needs this Inquiry to get to the bottom of these serious issues. Oh, and by the way, these HVAC systems are still being sold in Ontario.
