In the first day of this petition, we gathered more than 50 signatures. To those who signed, thank you so much! Anything that you can do to encourage others to sign would be very much appreciated as well. We need to get to the bottom of what is going on with these HVAC systems and the non-compliance of the OBC (as reported by HVAC experts) - once and for all! The only way to do that at this point is with a properly conducted Inquiry! A number of people who have signed this petition already have commented on other OBC violations. We fully expect that the lessons learned from this requested Inquiry - if properly conducted - will help to understand the lack of proper enforcement of the OBC generally reported by consumers, experts and the media in different parts of Ontario.
