Eric Smith was convicted of a crime he did not commit and there is proof that will exonerate and set him free. He has been incarcerated since 16 and now has served 26 years in prison and the family has depleted all funds. We need all the help we can get from people or organizations that can help!! There have been acts of railroaded, prosecuted misconduct, ineffective assist of counsel, police misconduct, perjury, both co-defendants were released on alibi issues and more.  The Baltimore Sun has written about this but it has not taken form on its own yet.  We are trying so hard to bring him home but unfortunately in this world money is needed in order to get and keep the ball rolling.  We ask for all of those who can and will help us in every effective endeavor to get Eric home and once he is home those acts explained above are brought to justice and the world to see.  The murdered is still on the lose and may be dead and a black 16 year old boy that was taken into custody, questioned and falsely accused of a crime he didn't commit is still in jail.  We hope and pray that those who read this can help us to connect with someone or an organization to bring Eric's story to light.  We have too many falsely accused people in jail wasting away while criminals run free.  Please help us bring Eric Smith's story to life and let the truth be set free!
