Innocent man convicted to 25 years with no evidence??!
The Issue
Robert was charged and sentenced to 25 years in prison for two counts of first-degree rape of his stepdaughter, when she was allegedly 6 years old, (now 14) with no physical evidence found, and no lie detector test was done after being requested by mother. several people including the mother of the child supported him Because of numerous different stories she told, First it was her older cousin, then it was his friends, none of them stories stuck, so she said it was her step father right after her mother married him. Detective said he pulled her off the top bunk of bed and he held her down, and raped her in the middle of the night. While mother was out drinking. (mother doesn’t drink) but did not leave ONE mark on her. When he was done, she said she would go back to her room wipe off with a rag and go back to bed. Also it didn’t hurt nor did she bleed? (????)
BUT when they asked her about it in court room she would only say, she couldn’t remember, not even one detail.... AND Prosecutor tried to guide her on her answers
she wouldn’t look at her stepfather but she wasn’t scared of him being in the court room... but she did not want her mother in the court room????
because she had told this horrible lie with the help of her father and grandmother, (fathers mother) she was afraid, of her mother for the fact she knew her daughter couldn’t lie to her, and the mother could prove her story was a lie.
The biological father kept the daughter away from her mother side of the family in fear of them convincing her to she did not have to lie, he had also put an EPO against both mother and stepfather for the child and himself, The alligation came out right after the biological mother married the stepfather. Jealousy is the reasoning for all of this,
biological father wanted to be with the biological mother, And when she refused to go back to him for the fact of being raped by him over and over again through out their marriage, several allegations started popping up about the mother and the new husband. Help free an innocent man of being wrongly accused and help clear his name. For he is having to pay for the jealousy of the ex husband.
