The Balmain Peninsula is getting busier and more crowded each year. This has resulted in less parking availability in the area. Robert Street is a very difficult street to find a park on.  

Currently there is no restriction on the southern side of Robert street. As a result, vehicles, boats and trailers are left on the street for days, weeks and months without being moved. This makes it hard for customers to find a park. 

If customers can't find a park, this hurts business. 

As such, we the undersigned respectfully request that the Inner West Sydney Council introduce a 2 hour parking zone on the southern side of Robert Street Rozelle. 

This will make it easier for customers and visitors to find a park and help the community and local businesses.
