On 3/1/2021, Inland Regional Center’s Board of Directors made the unilateral decision without employee’s joint input to mandate the FDA EUA covid 19 vaccine as a condition of employment. Despite significant backlash from employees fearing the long term side effects of this experimental vaccine, IRC continues to require the vaccine and threatens termination of hundreds of employees.

Ironically, Inland Regional Center’s purpose is to preserve of the rights of the developmentally disabled population, ensuring they have “independence, inclusion, and empowerment”, but they refuse to give their employees the same respect. Additionally, the California Department of Developmental Services has released a statement that vaccines are not required to do our jobs and they are not a part of this vaccine mandate!

Please stand with the employees of IRC and sign this petition to let the Board of Directors know that EVERYONE has the right to personal medical decisions and no one or entity should infringe on that right!
